Ponders End Wargaming Club

Volume 1, Issue 2 - February 2001

EDITORAL

Welcome to this month's newsletter. Currently the club's attendance has improved since the beginning of the year. This has been largely attributed to the list of clubs on the games workshop website.

Andy and I are currently up dating the website, If you are interested the address is at the bottom of the page. As you may be well aware currently there are Warhammer, American civil war campaigns, and Hunter the Reckoning role-playing game currently running at the club.

In March I am interested in running either a Blood Bowl tournament, or Warhammer 40K campaign. I'll start to draw up a list of who is interested, and the game with the most vote gets run. If any body else is interested in running a table, I will add it to the newsletter at the first opportunity.

We have collected 14 membership subscriptions so far this year. For those who have still not decided to pay, you could have saved £28 over the course of the year. The membership will decrease to £15 on the 2nd April, which will last until the end of the year. For those who pay then you can still save £20, or if you pay on or before 12 March you can still save even more, still at the current price for membership.

Cheers
