A Warmachine / Hordes tournament event.

Ponders End Wargames Club proudly presents what will be the first of many privateer press gaming leagues. Based in north London, the club is looking forward to hosting regular events for the Warmachine and Hordes gaming community.

Venue: Ponders End Wargames Club, London, UK.

Dates: Every Tuesday night in November 2006.

Entry fee: Standard club entry. First night is free, there-after £3 for members and £4 for non-members.

Format: 500 point steamroller 2.0 tournament for both Warmachine and Hordes.

  • The league will run over all five evenings of the month with each participant playing a maximum of two games each evening.
  • Participants will be set as many different opponents as possible to ensure a good spread of results.
  • Scenarios will be issued each evening.
  • Each participant may prepare two possible army lists for use throughout the league, which may not be changed. Participants may choose which list to use at the beginning of each game as per steamroller 2.0.
  • Following the evening of the 23rd each participant’s six best results will be used to calculate their league position and the final evening’s play will operate on a Swiss format to decide final standings.
